Welcome to the National Philharmonic of Ukraine!

We are committed to developing an inclusive environment and strive to create comfortable conditions for everyone, including visitors who use wheelchairs. Below, you will find information about accessibility and attendance conditions for attending events at the National Philharmonic of Ukraine for wheelchair users.

1. Ticket Purchase

In the Parterre of the Column Hall, we have designated several convenient spaces for wheelchair users. These locations are clearly marked on the seating chart below. Tickets for accompanying persons may be purchased for seats next to these designated areas. When purchasing tickets, please be sure to leave your contact phone number.

2. Access to the National Philharmonic of Ukraine

On the day of your visit, please inform our administrators of your arrival by calling (044) 270-59-02 or by emailing column-hall@ukr.net  specifying  any additional services you may require, such as assistance with parking, meeting you at the entrance, accompaniment, etc. Please also provide your phone number or the phone number of your accompanying person. Below, is an accessibility map showing the route to the Column Hall Parterre for wheelchair users.

For wheelchair users attending events in the Column Hall foyer, access is provided through the inner-courtyard entrance.

If you need assistance, please contact the administrator at the phone numbers listed above. Our staff will help you find your seats in the hall and provide information about the location of the cloakroom, restrooms, and the buffet.

3. Air-Raid Alert

Because of the building’s structural limitations, we regret that the shelter is not accessible to wheelchair users as of 2025.
