The National Philharmonic of Ukraine is committed to ensuring that music remains accessible to all, particularly those in need of support and care at this time. As part of its social and cultural mission, it offers discounted tickets, including through the “Philharmonic of the Indomitable” initiative, which is in effect for the duration of martial law.
Set out below is current information on the purchase of discounted tickets, the categories of individuals eligible for concessions, and arrangements for access to performances in the Mykola Lysenko Column Hall, the Music Salon, and the foyer of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine

Key points:
1. If seats remain available, discounted tickets priced at UAH 10.00 are offered starting one hour before the concert in the Mykola Lysenko Column Hall to the following categories of individuals:
- servicemembers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military units;
- combatants;
- family members of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine;
- participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chornobyl disaster (Category 1);
- persons with a Group I disability;
- children with disabilities;
- orphans and children deprived of parental care;
- pupils and full-time students of vocational, professional pre-higher, and higher education institutions.
2. Discounted tickets priced at UAH 100.00 are available for selected concerts in the Mykola Lysenko Column Hall. These tickets may be purchased in advance at the Philharmonic box office by the following categories of individuals:
- orphans and children deprived of parental care;
- children from large families;
- children with disabilities;
- pupils and full-time students of vocational, professional pre-higher, and higher education institutions;
- pensioners;
- persons with disabilities;
- participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chornobyl disaster;
- servicemembers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and combat veterans;
- family members of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine.
3. The last Wednesday of each month is designated as a discounted admission day for concerts in the Mykola Lysenko Column Hall.
4. One hour before the concert (subject to seat availability), tickets at a discounted price of UAH 10.00 are also available for the categories specified in Clause 2.
5. If seats remain available, discounted tickets at UAH 10.00 are offered starting one hour before the concert in the foyer and Music Salon of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine to the following categories of individuals:
- servicemembers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military units;
- combatants;
- family members of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine;
- participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chornobyl disaster (Category 1);
- persons with Group I disability;
- children with disabilities;
- orphans and children deprived of parental care.
For other concerts in the foyer and Music Salon of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, discounted tickets at UAH 100.00 are available starting one hour before the concert (subject to seat availability) for the following categories of individuals:
- children from large families;
- persons with Group II or Group III disabilities;
- pensioners;
- participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chornobyl disaster (Category 2);
- pupils and full-time students of vocational, professional pre-higher, and higher education institutions.
Discounted tickets may be purchased exclusively at the box office of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine upon presentation of a document confirming eligibility for the relevant category.
Each eligible person is entitled to one discounted ticket.
* The discounted ticket price is also available for one accompanying person of a person with a Group I disability or a child with a disability.
Visitors may be required to present supporting documents.
